"Had a accident and it was horrible on how to get a tow assistance had to drive home with a damaged car at night they gave me the runaround and was told to google a tow truck"
"Julian tow service is a national third party company. We trust that when you call the tow service number they will send a local tow truck that took the job. We have had a lot of problems with this service but State Farm does not own any tow trucks. We trust local tow truck vendors to service our customers. That is a problem because customers get stick and blame us. All we do is pay local tow trucks to service our customers."
