"Concerned about costs of auto, home, condo, earthquake, umbrella liability coverage. Talked with other companies. Then called Lorenzo. Went in, sat down. Lorenzo went through every detail. Compared SF rates and benefits. Was SF always the cheapest? No. But overall the package was solid and affordable with a single provider. Lorenzo was so patient and answered more questions than I came in with. Super friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. Great crew.

"Been with state farm for 6 months and price already dropped somewhat. They (an actual person- Lorenzo) called me to make sure I was happy with my coverage, was helpful and informative rather than pushy, trying to sell me.
I must say, I would recommend them for people on a budget."

"Had a accident and it was horrible on how to get a tow assistance had to drive home with a damaged car at night they gave me the runaround and was told to google a tow truck"
"Julian tow service is a national third party company. We trust that when you call the tow service number they will send a local tow truck that took the job. We have had a lot of problems with this service but State Farm does not own any tow trucks. We trust local tow truck vendors to service our customers. That is a problem because customers get stick and blame us. All we do is pay local tow trucks to service our customers."
